Ud. para solicitarles que actualice la Encuesta de Exposición a Riesgos,
por uso de agentes químicos, físicos y/o biológicos en su lugar de trabajo,
presentada por Uds. en el Año 2012; o elaboración de una nueva si nunca
presentaron.<BR><BR>La información de la Encuesta será utilizada por la UBA para
realizar los próximos Exámenes Médicos periódicos (Ley Nº 19.587 de Higiene y
Seguridad en el Trabajo), con el fin de detectar y prevenir enfermedades
profesionales.<BR><BR>La Encuesta se elaborará "on line" en forma individual. El
formulario, se encuentra en el sitio de Internet
http://exposicion.exactas.uba.ar/, en Novedades de la página Web del Servicio de
