Autor de iniciativas de modificaciones al Código Alimentario Argentino. Ex
docente en la Facultad de Ciencias Exactas de la UBA. Miembro de la
American Society for Quality. Participó como docente invitado en cursos de grado
y postgrado en la UBA y en la Universidad Nacional San Agustín, en Arequipa,
Perú. Ex docente de la Escuela Superior Técnica del Ejército y de la UADE. Es
profesor de la Universidad de Morón, de la Universidad Tecnológica
Nacional y de la escuela de cocina "The BUE Trainers ". También se
desempeña en el INDEC, como profesional para la evaluación de la industria
alimentaria y de la industria química. Es asesor y capacitador de empresas de la
alimentación, de cosmética y de productos para limpieza e higiene en
general. Se desempeñó como Gerente de Desarrollo y/o Calidad en: Nestlé
Argentina, San Sebastián, Swift, Fleischmann Argentina/Nabisco, Johnson
& Johnson , como Director Técnico de Rockline Argentina y como Gerente de
Gestión de Calidad de LASO S.A. También actúa como asesor, experto técnico y
como evaluador del Organismo Argentino de acreditación. Fue contratado por
la SAGPYA para elaborar el protocolo de calidad de Alfajores con el sello
Alimentos Argentinos. Dictó una conferencia sobre Capacitación en BPM en el
Congreso de Bromatología Municipal 2006 y un curso sobre Desarrollo Técnico de
Proveedores en TECNOFIDTA 2006 y en la AATA en 2007. Dicta cursos en la
AQA desde 2002, sobre diversos aspectos de la gestión de calidad en la
