una entrevista a la Senadora Cristina F.de Kirchner con el objetivo de
conocer la <FONT color=#000000><FONT color=#000000><SPAN
style="COLOR: blue; mso-ansi-language: ES"><FONT color=#000000>posición del
Gobierno con respecto a emprendimientos tendientes a la sustitución de
importaciones, </FONT></SPAN><SPAN
style="COLOR: blue; mso-ansi-language: ES"><FONT color=#000000>desarrollo
tecnológico y vinculación de la ciencia con la producción
y/o</FONT> </SPAN></FONT><SPAN
style="COLOR: blue; mso-ansi-language: ES"><FONT color=#000000>servicios. Hoy, a
casi dos meses de ese pedido y luego de varias llamadas telefónicas,
todavía</FONT> </SPAN></FONT><SPAN
style="COLOR: blue; mso-ansi-language: ES"><FONT size=3><FONT
face="Times New Roman"><FONT face=Arial color=#000000 size=2>no tenemos
información acerca de si la Senadora va a recibirnos, o no.</FONT>

los funcionarios, incluído el Presidente Kirchner (ver el
texto "verso" y "guitarra" que difundimos el 13-08-04), que han
manifestado la importancia de la participación activa de la sociedad
en acciones con las características de las arriba mencionadas.

embargo, nosotros <STRONG>no lo hemos
podido comprobar </STRONG>al pretender vincular el área de
CyT con el Ministerio de Salud.</FONT></SPAN></FONT></FONT></DIV>

style="COLOR: blue; mso-ansi-language: ES"></SPAN></FONT></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2><FONT face=Arial>Esta situación es preocupante pues si ni
siquiera se ejecuta<FONT color=#000000><SPAN
style="COLOR: blue; mso-ansi-language: ES"><FONT color=#000000> eficazmente una
decisión política ya tomada por el Ministerio de Salud para
<U>expandir una capacidad instalada</U> como, por ejemplo, la producción de
vacuna BCG, <STRONG>qué</STRONG></FONT><STRONG> <FONT color=#000000>queda para
proyectos en los cuales sea </FONT></STRONG></SPAN></FONT><SPAN
style="COLOR: blue; mso-ansi-language: ES"><FONT color=#000000><STRONG>necesario
un desarrollo tecnológico.</STRONG></FONT></SPAN></FONT></FONT></DIV>

Senadora Kirchner que, aunque <SPAN
style="COLOR: black; mso-ansi-language: ES">nuestra experiencia
pueda parecer </SPAN><SPAN
style="COLOR: black; mso-ansi-language: ES">anecdótica, <STRONG>no es un
problema menor si esa forma de actuar se extiende a </STRONG></SPAN><SPAN
style="COLOR: black; mso-ansi-language: ES"><STRONG>otras áreas</STRONG> (<U>de
hecho eso ya sucede con la producción pública de
medicamentos</U>), </SPAN><SPAN
style="COLOR: black; mso-ansi-language: ES">impidiendo que en nuestro país se
pueda generar un verdadero SISTEMA de </SPAN><SPAN
style="COLOR: black; mso-ansi-language: ES">CyT </SPAN><SPAN
style="COLOR: black; mso-ansi-language: ES">con proyección social, sobre el que
tanto se ha hablado, pero muy poco se ha concretado.</SPAN></FONT></FONT></DIV>

style="COLOR: black; mso-ansi-language: ES"></SPAN></FONT></FONT><FONT
size=2><FONT face=Arial></FONT></FONT> </DIV>

que el desarrollo científico-tecnológico es estratégico para el desarrollo
de un país. </FONT></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial><FONT size=2><STRONG>¿¿¿ No sería conveniente, de una vez
por todas, empezar a tratarlo como tal ???.</STRONG> </FONT></FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial><FONT size=2>Tenemos el respaldo <STRONG><U>explícito y
verificable</U></STRONG> de más de 1.300 adhesiones personales y de 60
Instituciones, mayoritariamente del sector CyT <EM>(ver en </EM></FONT><A

size=2><EM>www.saic.org.ar</EM></FONT></A><FONT
size=2><EM> </EM><SPAN><EM>, entrar a novedades, luego a propuesta de...).
</EM><STRONG><U>No son pocas las adhesiones</U></STRONG> en el marco de un
sector relativamente pequeño, y eso nos da algún nivel de representatividad.
