Nº 1.355 de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, promulgada el

style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><FONT color=#ff0000><FONT
color=#000000><FONT color=#ff0000><FONT color=#000000><FONT face=Arial>faculta
al Jefe de Gobierno de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Dr Aníbal
Ibarra, a <STRONG>celebrar convenios con organismos públicos competentes
<U>locales</U>, <U>nacionales</U> y de <U>otras
jurisdicciones</U></STRONG> (<FONT color=#ff0000>por ejemplo:</FONT>
<U><FONT color=#ff0000>ANLIS-Malbrán</FONT></U>, <U><FONT
color=#ff0000>Instituto Biológico de la Plata</FONT></U>), <STRONG>con vistas
a</STRONG> <STRONG>restaurar la producción pública de vacunas</STRONG>. Una de
las posibilidades que ofrece la Ciudad de Buenos Aires es el aporte de
dinero bajo la forma de apoyo para remodelación, equipamiento, mejoras e
insumos, a cambio de vacunas terminadas.
</FONT></FONT></FONT></FONT></FONT></SPAN></SPAN></DIV>

face=Arial>Es destacable la amplitud de esta Ley que
permite que la Ciudad de Bs As recurra a
<STRONG>Instituciones Públicas habilitadas de <U>todo el país</U></STRONG>, sin
abroquelarse en espacios jurisdiccionales
mezquinos. </FONT></FONT></FONT></FONT></FONT></SPAN></SPAN></DIV>

la Ley dice que dentro de los sesenta (60) días a partir de la
publicación en el Boletín Oficial, la Secretaría de Salud de la Ciudad de
Bs As invitará a todos los organismos públicos competentes de la Ciudad de Bs As
y demás jurisdicciones a fin de que se presenten dentro de los treinta (30) días
a partir de la última publicación, un informe actualizado con su capacidad de
producción de vacunas.</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></DIV><SPAN><SPAN

importancia intrínseca de la Ley, la decisión tomada por Legisladores y

color=#000000><FONT color=#ff0000><FONT color=#000000>el Gobierno de la Ciudad
de Buenos Aires constituye una clara señal política de apoyo a la
producción pública de vacunas a nivel nacional. Esperamos que nuestras
Instituciones aprovechen en toda su dimension esta posibilidad.

tanto estas cosas no se resuelvan a nivel

PUBLICAS</U>, con la necesaria participación de <U>TODA SU

modernización y especialización, pudiendo adoptar medidas tales como mejoras
edilicias, compra de equipos e insumos, contratación de servicios de
mantenimiento y reparación de equipos y locales a fin de adecuar los organismos
públicos a las normas de buena fabricación o manufactura (por su sigla
internacional, GMP) así como fondos para capacitación, perfeccionamiento y
actualización profesional continua del personal</EM> (<EM>Art. 3 de la

1355 fue <STRONG>sancionada</STRONG> el 10 de Junio de 2004 por la Legislatura
de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires y <STRONG>promulgada</STRONG> el 16 de Julio de
2004 por Decreto Nº 1235 (firman: Ibarra, Stern, Albamonte, Fernández).
