se hará entrega del <I>Premio Strobel</I>, premio instituido por la Universidad
de Buenos Aires en 1881 a propuesta del Profesor Pellegrino Strobel con fondos
donados por él, para distinguir a aquellos argentinos nativos que se destacaran
en el campo de las Ciencias de la Tierra. Este premio, que es una de las
distinciones científicas más antiguas del país, le ha sido otorgado a una
pléyade de ilustres naturalistas desde fines del siglo XIX. La Universidad ha
decidido continuar con este prestigioso premio en el año 2001. En esta ocasión,
cumpliendo con el dictamen del jurado oportunamente constituido, ha distinguido
con el Premio Strobel 2012 a la <B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><I>Dra.
